| Had to leave a
comment after my
first time on the
water with the fins
on. WOW! It was
nice not to be the
guy holding
everyone up at the
ramp. I pointed
her where I want to
go, and she went!
Had the boat a
month, and can't
believe I waited
this long.
Whatever you hear,
it's not enough of
an endorsement.
The difference is
night and day. |

| After test driving
the Yamaha I was a
little aprehensive
about purchasing
the boat, primarily
because of the
steering issues. I
probably would not
have purchased had
I not been familar
with some of the
testimonials herein
and on jet boat
forum sites. I
tried one outing
without the Cobras
and decided to
purchase and get
them on asap. I
couldn't wait to
try the boat out
once I had the
Cobras on and I was
very pleased with
the result. I am
now comfortable
operating the boat
at idle speeds in
high traffic zones.
Jeff was helpful
throughout the
process and the
installation was as
easy as billed. |

| I bought the cobra
jet steering about
a month ago. I
used it first
without the system
and it work good.
Then we went to the
river with the
system on the boat,
which I installed
in about 15 mins.
Just like the
instructions
said.
I have been boating
for more then 20
years with about 10
different kinds of
boats from jet skis
to 30 foot
Carrera's. Having a
safe boat is
important
especially
controlling it.
Cobra Jet Steering
is what you need
for your Jet
boat.
Man, if anyone has
a boat the same as
mine (Put it on!)
it is by far the
best thing I have
ever done that
would improve your
steering and
control of the
boat. It helped
extremely in
backing up, and in
situations with
large rolling waves
keeping the boat in
control and on
course.
If I had to
evaluate the system
from 1-10 10 being
the best. I would
give it. First # is
without and the
second # with cobra
steering
installed.
Use:
5 / 9.9
Installation: Very
easy
Control:
5 / 9.99
Reverse:
4 / 9.99
Forward:
6 / 9.99
Basically it is
worth the money.

| Thanks for the
quick service Jeff.
I am not
mechanically
inclined so I
wasn't sure if I
could pull off the
installation. The
instructions were
very easy and I was
able to get the
fins installed in
about 1 1/2 hours.
Before I installed
my Cobra Fins, I
was considering
selling my boat
because it was hard
to steer at slow
speeds. Once I got
my new Cobra Fins
out on the water, I
couldn't believe
the performance.
Thank you Jeff for
coming up with
these Jet Boat
savers.

| Well... its no lie.
Excellent
product!!! The
slow speed handling
is great. All
Yamaha boats should
ship with these
fins! Install took
about 10 minutes
per fin! No
special tools
needed. Cast metal
drills out very
easy!!! Didn't
notice to much
change at high
speed. On slow
down, if you leave
a little bit of
throttle in, you
will maintain
excellent control.
Hope this helps...
If you want
pictures of the
install... drop me
an email. Mike |

| WOW!!!!!!!!! What a
difference! Every
time I took my SX
210 out I was sooo
nervus! Every time
was so nerve
racking I would
shake. Your product
saved me from my
boat. I can take my
friends out for a
nice slow shore
line ride or go as
fast as I want to.
Docking is a snap
now, no crashes or
scratches! If
anybody is thinking
about putting them
on DO IT! It's well
worth the money.
You will enjoy your
boat so much
better. Thanks
Jeff!!! |

| Jeff:
Thanks for this
wonderful product.
We purchased them
last week and
installed them in
less than 30
minutes, wow what a
difference. The
steering at slow
speeds is awesome.
Was able to trailer
the boat the first
time with CJS,
before it took a
good 20-25 minutes
easily. I was a
little skeptical at
first but man was I
wrong. Thanks a
bunch. Keep riding
the San Diego water
with no problem
now. |

| THANK YOU JEFF, you
can NOT imagine
what your product
has done for me!!!
You seriously
deserve every ounce
of praise for this
superior product.
I had my brand new
AR210 out 2 weeks
ago, and almost hit
everything on the
lake including
dock, trailer,
other boats, etc,
then it took 6 laps
to even come close
to trailering the
boat(which was
another total
disaster)...I was
so devasted with my
boat I never wanted
to use it again.
This past week I
ordered the Cobra
Steering, had it 4
days, installed it
in only 35 minutes,
and tried
again....OMG, all I
can say is WOW!!!!!
I can't believe
this is the same
boat. I backed off
and re-trailered
the boat on the
first try!!!! My
dad and husband
both agreed these
fins were worth
evry penny. No
screaming between
myself and my
husband, I believe
you have saved my
boat much damage,
and possibly my
marriage :).
Thanks again, I
totally swear by
this product!!!
Too bad the dealers
are clueless on
this product, I
went back to
educate them on it,
and anyone else who
would listen. |
Sat May 12, 2007 22:19:05 Steve Treiu Yamaha Boat SX 230 HO

| I recently
purchased the cobra
jet steering kit
for my 2006 Yamaha
SX230HO jet boat. I
have struggled for
a year without it,
and WOW!!! what a
difference now that
we have them
installed. It took
about 30 min for
each steering
attachment onto the
two boat engines,
just like the
website said it
would. It was very
easy.
Now we can manuver
easily going slow
at the dock or just
out on open water,
with complete
controll. There is
not the requirement
of playing back and
fourh with the
trottles to keep
the boat straight.
At the dock was
alway a challenge
going slow a
straight. Now we
can go anywhere we
want and even drive
the boat on to the
trailer now with
ease.
Going fast is a big
difference also,
the boat really
digs into the water
and responds and
cuts like a sports
car.
The jet boat was
great, but now it
is like a high
performance sports
car with controll
and response.
Yamaha missed the
"boat"
when they did not
make this standard
on there delivery
boats to dealers.
I was the best
money I spent on my
boat. I has taken
all the furstration
away.

| I just wanted to
let you know that I
got a chance to put
the steering on our
new SX210 last
Friday morning and
put the boat into
the water that
afternoon. All I
can say is wow!!!
The steering is
100% better while
docking and in no
wake zones. Before
I had trouble
getting the bow to
stay pointed
towards our dock.
With this steering
I pulled up and
into it straight
without rubbing
each side the first
time! I can't thank
you enough for
inventing these and
taking the time to
make them!! My wife
is even wanting to
try docking it
now!
