about Cobra fins
after I said to him
someone should
develop attachable
rudders to aid in
the steering of jet
boats. I ordered my
Cobra fins after
taking my 08 SX230
out only two times.
They came in only
3-4 days! Very easy
to install! I found improvement in slow speed steering, and reverse thrust. They also take away some of the anxiety of docking. I have found them worth the price. | ||

MANY TIMES WE HIT THE DOCK AND DINGED OUR NEW BOAT. WITH EVERY NEW SCRATCH TO OUR NEW "BABY" I WOULD BECOME JUST A LITTLE BIT MORE CRANKY. WHAT A WAY TO END A PERFECTLY WONDERFUL DAY. A FRIEND-WHO ALSO OWNS A YAMAHA JET BOAT SHOWED ME HIS COBRA FINS AND LET ME DRIVE HIS BOAT SO I COULD SEE THE DIFFERENCE.**WOW** 2 WEEKS LATER I HAD MY COBRA FINS INSTALLED. | Tue Jul 08, 2008 03:16:19 M. Rademacher Yamaha AR230 Boat | I received the fins on Thursday and had them installed that evening. Just in time to take my boat out over the weekend. Now I am new to boating, and trying to load or dock my new boat was frustrating to put it lightly, usually taking me more than 3 times to do either. After the install I was able to dock and load the boat the first time trying. You have a great product. Thanks. | ||

fins. i read all
the forums and info
i could find on
your product before
buying because i
had doubts that it
worked that good.
when i did recieve
them it was really
simple to install
and they looked
cool. i got to use
them today and all
the hype is
justified. the fins
improved my low
speed and no wake
mode tremendously.
i just didnt think
it would make that
much difference but
they did. i think
you have a great
product for anyone
who owns a jet
boat. you can count
me as a very
satisfied customer
and i hope i can
recomend a few more

Wife had a hard time loading the boat and was scared to try and dock. After the Cobra Jet steering she is a pro. Response is quicker and turning radius is greatly improved. Precise at high speed and responsive at slow speed. Every jet boat needs Cobra Jet Steering. Fast delivery and easy to install. Took me about 45 mins start to finish. Looks great and everyone asks what they are! Now I need to get some for the two 2002 SeaDoos that I just bought. Thanks Jeff for an awesome product. | Tue Jun 17, 2008 21:49:55 Keith M Rodger Yamaha SX210 Jetboat | I fitted the units on Saturday to my Yamaha SX210 which was a very simple operation. Tested the boat on Sunday and the difference was tremendous. These units really make a big difference when operating at slow speed. The boat actually goes in a straight line without any steering adjustment which it did not do before. These should be standard on all Yamaha jetboats!!! Thankyou. Best regards, Keith M Rodger | ||

with the Cobra Jet
Steering and the
way Jeff answered
everyone of my
questions. After
installing the
Cobra Jet Fins and
taking the boat to
the river I
instantly noticed a
change in steering.
Not only does the
boat handle good in
No Wake Mode it
also handles good
just advancing the
throttle a little.
I now have 2 speeds
for no wake areas,
really slow and
moderatly slow(No
